Hiring: Sales Manager / Area Manager – Agency Channel

Location: Agra , Varanasi

Position: Sales Manager / Area Manager

Channel: Agency Channel

Age: Up to 35 Years

CTC: 7.20 lacs to 11.5 Lacs Fixed Per annum

Experience: 1+ Years

Qualification: Full-Time MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 Institute

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents.

Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve business targets.

Provide coaching, motivation, and performance support to the advisor team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Monitor team productivity and ensure quality business generation.

Lead and manage a team to deliver consistent growth and performance.

Candidate Profile:

Full-time MBA from a reputed institute.

Solid communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Experience in sales, business development, or the BFSI sector will be preferred.





Ability to lead teams and work in a target-driven environment.
