Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Unit Head to lead the B2B Business Unit and drive sustainable and profitable business growth. The role will oversee business strategy, revenue, profitability, market expansion, operations, and key client relationships while working closely with the leadership and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall business performance and growth of the B2B Business Unit.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, revenue targets, and growth strategies.
- Drive B2B and institutional business development and identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, productivity, cash flow, and working capital.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Business Development, and other functions to achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead business reviews and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.




- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
- Lead, guide, and develop teams to achieve business and performance goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Operations.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- Significant experience in B2B business development, business management, operations, or P&L; management.
- Strong understanding of institutional/B2B business and market development.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive financial planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in waste management, environmental services, facility management, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per year
