About the Role

eQOURSE & Tutrain is looking for a Technical BDR / AI Solutions Associate to work directly with the Founder.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical or STEM background who enjoys research, communication, business development, and working with technology.

You will identify and connect with international companies in AI, autonomous technology, and EdTech that may need data pipelines, data services, AI training data, data annotation, or digital content solutions.

This is not a pure coding role.

The position combines:

- Market research and lead generation
- B2B sales and business development
- Personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
- Understanding technical and business requirements
- Communicating with international decision-makers
- AI-powered tools and sales automation
- Supporting discovery calls and the Founder’s business development initiatives

Key Responsibilities

- Research AI startups, AI labs, autonomous technology companies, and EdTech companies
- Identify companies that are a strong fit for our services
- Find relevant decision-makers such as CTOs, Heads of AI, ML Leads, Founders, and Product Leaders
- Build accurate, clean, and verified prospect lists
- Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Conduct outbound B2B lead-generation activities
- Communicate with international prospects and understand their requirements
- Explain our data, AI, and digital content solutions in a clear manner




- Support the Founder during discovery calls and client conversations
- Track the complete sales process from prospecting and outreach to meetings and opportunities
- Test and improve messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting processes
- Use AI tools and automation to improve research and outreach efficiency
- Analyze outreach results and continuously improve conversion rates

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Have a B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. CS, B.Sc. AI, Data Science, or another relevant technical/STEM degree
- Have a basic understanding of AI concepts such as:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Computer Vision
- Training data
- Data annotation
- AI/ML workflows
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Enjoy researching companies, markets, and technologies
- Are comfortable communicating with senior professionals and international clients
- Enjoy solving problems and understanding customer needs
- Are self-driven, curious, and comfortable working toward targets
- Want to build a career at the intersection of AI, technology, sales, and business development
- Are willing to work full-time from our Kota office

Freshers Are Welcome

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply if they have strong communication skills,



technical understanding, and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

The following are helpful but not mandatory:

- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools
- Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Basic Python knowledge
- Basic web scraping knowledge
- Experience using AI tools or automation platforms
- Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Participation in E-Cell, debates, MUNs, hackathons, technical clubs, or similar activities
