GOWITH GREEN E-VEHICLES PVT. LTD. is an electric vehicle manufacturing and business organization engaged in the development, manufacturing, sales, distribution and servicing of electric two-wheelers. The company operates across multiple business functions including manufacturing, sales, marketing, procurement, finance, accounts, HR and administration.

Job Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Company's overall administrative, financial and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in an EV, automobile, manufacturing or similar organization and should be capable of independently managing cross-functional operations.

The candidate must have practical knowledge of fund management, accounts, purchase, sales, marketing, HR administration, legal documentation, statutory compliance and business operations, along with experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees.

Key Responsibilities1. Fund & Financial Management

- Monitor and control the Company's day-to-day financial requirements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and fund utilization.
- Coordinate with management regarding fund allocation and financial planning.
- Monitor payments to vendors, suppliers, employees and service providers.
- Review outstanding receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions and external financial consultants.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and approval processes.
- Support budgeting, cost control and expense management.
- Identify unnecessary expenses and implement cost-saving measures.

2. Accounts & Finance Coordination

- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
- Review invoices, bills, vouchers, payments and financial records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and taxation professionals.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial and accounting documents.
- Review purchase and sales transactions from a financial control perspective.

3. Purchase & Procurement Management

- Supervise procurement activities for manufacturing and business operations.
- Monitor raw materials, components, consumables, spare parts and other requirements.
- Review vendor quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Approve purchase requirements as per company authorization procedures.
- Monitor Purchase Orders, invoices,



delivery schedules and vendor payments.
- Develop and maintain reliable vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with stores, production, accounts and management for procurement planning.
- Ensure proper purchase documentation and records.

4. Sales & Marketing Coordination

- Monitor overall sales performance and business development activities.
- Coordinate with Sales Heads, ASM, RSM and sales teams.
- Review territory-wise and dealer-wise sales performance.
- Monitor dealer/distributor development and market expansion.
- Support sales target planning and achievement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding campaigns, promotions, branding and lead generation.
- Analyse sales reports and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Support management in developing business growth strategies.

5. HR & Workforce Management

- Manage and supervise administrative activities related to 100+ employees.
- Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, manpower planning and employee deployment.
- Monitor attendance, leave, discipline and employee-related issues.
- Ensure proper onboarding and exit formalities.
- Review employee performance and manpower requirements.
- Support HR in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters when required.
- Ensure proper coordination between management and employees.

6. Legal & Statutory Compliance

- Possess practical knowledge of applicable labour and business laws.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants and government authorities when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory and legal documents.
- Support compliance related to labour laws, Shops & Establishments requirements, PF, ESI, GST and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain records of agreements, contracts, notices, licences and registrations.
- Coordinate with advocates and legal consultants for company-related matters.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of required licences and registrations.
- Maintain proper documentation for inspections, notices, disputes and legal proceedings.

7. Documentation & Record Management

- Ensure proper maintenance of company records and documentation.
- Review agreements, vendor documents, employee documents and business correspondence.
- Maintain confidential management documents.
- Ensure proper filing of purchase, sales, finance, HR, legal and administrative records.
- Establish systematic documentation and approval procedures.
- Ensure that important company documents are properly authorized and preserved.

8. Manufacturing & Operations Coordination





- Coordinate with Production, Store, Purchase, Dispatch, Quality, Service and Administration teams.
- Monitor operational requirements and identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure coordination between manufacturing and commercial departments.
- Review production-related requirements from a business and financial perspective.
- Monitor inventory, procurement and operational expenses.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency.

9. Management Reporting

- Prepare and review MIS reports for management.
- Provide management with regular reports on:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Accounts
- Cash flow
- Fund utilization
- Inventory
- Manpower
- Expenses
- Vendor outstanding
- Customer/dealer outstanding
- Production and operational performance
- Highlight major operational and financial issues to management.
- Recommend corrective actions and business improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of EV / automobile / manufacturing business operations.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Fund Management.
- Practical knowledge of Accounts and commercial operations.
- Knowledge of Purchase & Procurement.
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing operations.
- Strong HR and employee-management capability.
- Experience managing 100+ employees.
- Knowledge of legal and statutory documentation.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational ability.
- Strong MIS and reporting skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coordinate with senior management and multiple departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have previously worked in an:

- EV manufacturing company
- Automobile manufacturing company
- Automotive component company
- Engineering/manufacturing organization
- Medium or large-scale private company

The candidate should have handled multiple departments rather than working only in one specialized function.

Candidate should preferably have experience in:

Finance + Accounts + Purchase + Sales + Marketing + HR + Administration + Legal Documentation + Operations

Experience of handling 100+ employees and directly coordinating with senior management will be highly preferred.
