Job Summary

We are looking for a CA / Semi-Qualified CA with strong audit experience, preferably in the logistics industry, to independently evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and internal control systems across freight forwarding, customs clearing, warehousing, and related logistics operations.

The role will focus on identifying financial and operational risks, revenue leakage, control gaps, and potential fraud, while providing practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls, compliance, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Desired Profile

- CA / Semi-Qualified CA with 3+ years of relevant audit experience.
- Candidates with thorough internal audit / statutory audit experience in the logistics industry will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing,



transportation, and related logistics processes.
- Hands-on experience in evaluating financial, operational, and internal control systems.
- Ability to independently identify control weaknesses, financial risks, revenue leakage, and potential fraud.
- Strong understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement.
- Ability to analyse financial and operational data and identify unusual trends, discrepancies, and control exceptions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit methodologies.
