Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager – US Accounting to manage US Accounting operations, lead the accounting team, ensure accurate and timely deliverables, and handle client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise US Accounting operations and team performance.
- Review GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, and financial reports.
- Handle client communication, queries, and accounting issues.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Guide, mentor, and train accounting team members.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support audits and resolve accounting discrepancies and compliance issues.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CA Inter preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in US Accounting, KPO, BPO, or Accounting Outsourcing.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and US Accounting practices.
- Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a US-aligned shift.
