Job Summary

Kioku Creations is looking for a hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented Production & Inventory Assistant to support our day-to-day sticker production, machine operations, packaging, inventory management, and order dispatch.

This role involves hands-on production work with paper and stationery products, along with basic computer and inventory management tasks.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

* Basic computer knowledge

* Basic MS Excel knowledge for stock entry and inventory updates

* Ability to read, write, and understand English and Hindi

* Ability to operate a two-wheeler

* Valid two-wheeler driving licence

* Positive attention to detail

* Ability to handle delicate paper/stationery products carefully

* Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive production and packaging work

* Neat, organised, and responsible

* Willingness to learn and operate production machines

Key Responsibilities

* Operate sticker-cutting and other production machines after training

* Cut and prepare sticker sheets and individual stickers

* Sort, count, label, and package products





* Attach packaging and labels neatly

* Maintain accurate stock and product counts

* Update inventory records in Excel

* Organise and maintain stock and packaging materials

* Prepare kits, freebies, and other materials

* Pack customer orders for dispatch

* Visit the post office/courier facility for order dispatch when required

* Prepare and organise materials for Kioku Creations events

* Sort and store materials after events

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production/storage area

* Assist with other day-to-day production and office-related tasks

Preferred Candidate

* Previous experience in production, packaging, printing, stationery, inventory, or warehouse work will be an advantage.

* Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Important

This is a hands-on production role and requires working with paper products, machinery, packaging, stock, and orders. The candidate should be comfortable with physical, detail-oriented work and maintaining a neat and organised workspace.

Pay: ₹10,615.82 - ₹15,042.60 per month
