Key Responsibilities
- Process home loan applications and prepare all required documentation
- Liaise with Bank and clients to progress cases efficiently
- Carry out ID checks, loan affordability assessments, and AML verification
- Maintain accurate client records in line with GDPR requirements
- Update CRM systems and lender portals with case notes and progress updates
- Provide regular updates to clients and handle incoming queries
- Generate and issue suitability letters, loan illustrations, and compliance paperwork
- Support advisers with daily management and administrative tasks
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
