Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and execute interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring designs are both aesthetically compelling and functionally sound.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, budget, and lifestyle needs through consultations and site visits
- Conceptualize interior design layouts, mood boards, colour schemes, and material palettes
- Prepare detailed drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations/renders using design software
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and decor items in line with project budget and brand aesthetic
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve on-site design issues
- Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen for materials,



furniture, and finishes
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and client timelines
- Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Photoshop
- Solid portfolio demonstrating design concepts, drawings, and completed projects
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction/execution processes
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Dehradun and surrounding areas

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,089.46 per month
