Scope of Work:

- Responsible for planning, designing the fieldwork, in consultation with your reporting officer and based on the objectives & deliverables of the project.
- Conduct research activities, diagnostic assessments, Business planning for FPOs, Micro-enterprises, carry out training of trainers, help in design and conduct of pilots, assist FPO Board and Management on different activities under the project mandate.
- Mobilization of farmers and members of FPOs for awareness building.




- Strengthening of Farmers institutions – FIG at the village level and FPO/FPC at the block level
- Conduct required capacity building activities of Farmer, BoD members, Office Bearers, staff, and other members of the FPO from time to time.
- Baseline study, collect data pertinent to present situation of farming by visiting the project area to understand the current state of target families
- Building a local relationship and liaising with partners, government organizations, ag-techs and FPOs
- Conducting awareness sessions, Training and meetings with Lead farmers and board members on sustainable and climate resilient agriculture practices.
- Participate in the project review meetings, share progress, constraints, and challenges faced with the team on a regular basis
- Required to travel extensively within the project for baseline, data collection, capacity building of farmers and FPOs
- Any other project related activities as and when required and assigned by the organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
