ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Description:
Visiting 3–4 properties per day or more as required.
Coordinating with clients.
Taking measurements and photographs
Preparing building layout drawings
Conducting market studies to determine the true value of properties
Preparing detailed valuation reports of immovable properties
Full-time, in office role valuer role, would have to support in report making and MIS role as well.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering (MANDATORY)
Good communication and writing skills
Proficient in computer applications such as Excel and Word
Kolkata -based candidates preferred
Immediate joiners highly preferred
Own two-wheeler for site visits
