- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to interpret and analyze business processes related to financial accounting.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
