We’re Hiring: Head of Software Development & AI

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to own **front-end, back-end and AI development** for cloud-based real estate platforms. You will define software architecture, actively contribute to development and lead the engineering team, working directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities

* Front-end development: Build responsive web interfaces, interactive dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring usability across desktop, tablet and mobile.

* Back-end development: Develop APIs, databases, authentication, business logic and integrations that power our platforms.

* Cloud infrastructure: Own our Cloudflare-based infrastructure, including security, deployments, performance and scalability.

* AI development: Develop proprietary models for behavioural analytics, buyer intent scoring, predictions and recommendations.

* Data engineering: Build reliable event tracking and data pipelines that turn platform interactions into actionable insights.

* Unity/Unreal coordination: Coordinate with developers on integration requirements, timelines and delivery. No hands-on Unity/Unreal development is required.

* Team leadership: Recruit, mentor and manage software, data and AI engineers.

* Engineering quality: Establish code reviews, testing, documentation,



release processes and data privacy controls.

Requirements

* 5+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership.

* Robust hands-on experience in both **front-end and back-end development**.

* Front-end proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.

* Back-end proficiency in Node.js and/or Python, API development, database design and authentication.

* Experience building and operating production SaaS platforms.

* Practical knowledge of Cloudflare Workers and related services.

* Proven experience developing and deploying machine-learning models, predictive analytics or recommendation systems—not solely integrating third-party AI APIs.

* Ability to evaluate model accuracy and build practical solutions with limited early-stage data.

* Strong ownership, communication and team-management skills.

### Preferred Experience

* PropTech or architectural visualization platforms.

* Behavioural analytics, data visualization and CRM integrations.

* Coordinating with Unity/Unreal or interactive 3D development teams.

* Experience with SAAS platforms

* complete understanding of cloudflare.

**This is a hands-on software and AI leadership role—not an IT support or management-only position.**

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
