The Deputy Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees. This role involves assessing training needs, creating educational content, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Deputy Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and support employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.




- Facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels, providing guidance and support to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, gathering feedback to assess program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with overall business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the insurance or financial service sector.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze training needs and measure training outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a training role, with a focus on insurance or financial services preferred.
- Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
