Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, and following up with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Convert potential leads into qualified prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant Telecalling experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Confident and persuasive while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support backgrounds will be preferred.
