Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordination for employees.
Job Location: Kochi
Responsibilities:
- Call candidates regarding joining and onboarding.
- Follow up and confirm candidate joining status.
- Update and maintain candidate records.
- Track candidates from selection to joining.
- Remind candidates about joining date, shift, location, and required documents.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team.
- Maintain daily follow-up and status reports.
- No target
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills.
- Should have Excellent Excel Knowledge
- Freshers can apply.
