Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fabrication Engineer having Diploma / I.T.I degree to oversee fabrication activities, ensure production quality, monitor fabrication processes, and coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams. The candidate should have experience minimum 2 to 5 years in heavy fabrication, welding processes, and structural steel manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise fabrication activities as per approved drawings and production plans.

Read and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and BOM.

Plan and monitor fabrication schedules to achieve production targets.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Monitor welding activities (MIG, MAG, ARC, TIG) and ensure quality standards.

Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Quality departments.





Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality during fabrication.

Conduct in-process inspections and resolve fabrication-related issues.

Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Maintain daily production reports and fabrication MIS.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and 5S practices.

Support continuous process improvement and productivity enhancement.
