ABOUT WITHIN

WITHIN is a luxury interior design and bespoke furniture atelier, family-founded and design-led. Our product and craft are already at the top echelon of design internationally — the gap we are closing is visibility: making sure the right HNI/UHNI audience discovers us, understands our story, and walks into our experience centre.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

WITHIN's brand foundation, exhibitions, client relationships, and press already exist — built by the Creative Media team, the sales team, and twenty years of founder relationships. What is missing is one person who can pull these into a single, coordinated, data-driven pipeline: turning existing digital presence, existing events, and existing relationships into trackable, measurable demand. This is a coordination and optimization role, not a department-building role.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Digital Presence (primary ownership)
- Build out LinkedIn from zero into a credibility platform for customers, trade, and talent
- Fix the website's conversion path — collections, material library, project gallery, and a explicit Book a Visit flow — with every enquiry routed into CRM with source captured
- Set the distinct job for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Website) so content is never duplicated across them
- Brand Foundation (coordination)
- Document a single visual code, narrative, and tone of voice, and brief it to the Creative Media team for execution across store, catalogue, digital, and packaging
- Exhibitions & Owned Events (coordination)
- Bring structure to existing design fair participation (Design Democracy, India Design) — pre-show invitations, on-stand appointment diary, post-show follow-up with a defined SLA
- Work with the sales team to make sure leads captured at these events are logged and followed up, not lost
- Client Relations (coordination, not ownership)




- Support the founders in documenting the existing named HNI/UHNI account list and its outreach history into a maintained system, without displacing the relationships themselves
- Editorial & PR (coordination)
- Set a quarterly press and editorial placement target and coordinate timing with Creative Media around collections and exhibitions
- CRM & Reporting (daily discipline)
- Own daily logging discipline for source, stage, and next action across every touchpoint
- Report monthly against qualified enquiries, footfall, cost per lead, and average order value

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT DO

- Does not run B2B outreach to architects, trade, or other businesses — that sits with Business Development
- Does not manage the customer once they walk into the experience centre — that sits with the assigned Sales Designer
- Does not replace the Creative Media team's production work — briefs and directs it

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Qualified enquiries and appointment-led footfall rising, sourced inbound through brand-led channels
- Average order value rising, not falling, as volume grows
- A working LinkedIn presence and a website that converts, both feeding a single CRM
- Exhibitions and events run to a repeatable, SLA-backed process

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5–8+ years in brand or digital marketing, ideally in luxury, design, or a comparably premium category
- Comfortable owning a P&L-light;, coordination-heavy role — working through other teams rather than building a large team under themselves
- Strong written narrative sense — able to translate craft and material stories into content and copy
- Data-literate: comfortable with CRM discipline, funnel metrics, and monthly reporting
- Judgment to protect positioning — comfortable saying no to reach-driven tactics that compromise scarcity and access

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
