About the Job Profile: Role : Holiday Experts Location : Janakpuri Delhi Education : Graduate /UG Experience Required – 2-5 Years Key Responsibility Areas Connect with Client to understand their Holiday Requirements. Positive Knowledge of Destinations- Short Haul/Long Haul Design a Customized Itinerary based on customer needs. Ability to convinced customers and deliver the assigned targets consistently. Provide Exceptional customer Feedback. Strong follow ups with ongoing customers Queries. Represent company values while speaking to the clients. Desired Attributes Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English. Can work in rotational Shifts Strong attention to details
