Position: NPD Quality Engineer

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in NPD / Quality Engineering

Experience in Sheet Metal / Manufacturing Industry will be preferred

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of SolidWorks

Good knowledge of Quality Tools

Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and other quality tools

Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications

Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and inspection methods

Key Responsibilities





Handle NPD quality activities from development to production

Review engineering drawings and product specifications

Prepare and maintain PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan and other quality documents

Coordinate with NPD, Design, Production, and Quality teams

Identify quality issues during product development and implement corrective actions

Support trials, inspections, and validation of new products

Ensure recent products meet customer and quality requirements

Maintain proper documentation and quality records

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
