Key Responsibility

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Source and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.

Manage offer discussions, negotiations,



and joining formalities.

Drive campus hiring initiatives and coordinate with colleges and placement teams.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

Support HR Operations and employee-related activities as required.

Ideal candidate profile

2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience hiring for DevOps, AWS/Cloud, Software Development, or IT Operations roles.

Exposure to Campus Hiring and Fresher Recruitment.

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.

Good understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
