Experience
- 0-1 years of teaching experience in a relevant business discipline is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a closely related field.
- Candidates with a Doctoral degree or in the final stages of completing one may be given additional consideration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and cutting-edge MBA-level courses in Business Education and related subjects.
- Prepare and distribute course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and lecture notes.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through exams, presentations, and projects.
- Engage in continuous curriculum development and enhancement according to industry trends.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and departmental committees.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
- Support the institution’s research and community outreach initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Relevant Master’s degree in Business or Management-related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience in a business or academic setting, even if informal.
- Strong knowledge of Teaching methodologies for adult learners.
- Proficiency in Business Marketing principles and real-world applications.
- Familiarity with Business Education standards and curriculum development.
- Foundational understanding of Business Strategies and leadership concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to incorporate practical examples and case studies into teaching.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to industry changes.
Nice to Have (Skills)
- Doctoral studies in progress or completed in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Experience with digital learning tools or platforms such as LMS, Zoom, or Google Classroom.
- Publications or contributions to academic journals or business
