PFB JD:-

Education qualification: Graduate or Diploma in IT/Computer/EC.

Experience: Min 3 years of experience in end user -IT support

End-User Support: Provide technical assistance for all IT hardware, operating

Systems, applications, networks, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring

resolution within defined SLAs.

2. System Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain operating syp

applications, and related software. Perform software upgrades and support

hardware relocation, including setup and removal of system accessories and

peripherals.

3. Software Configuration: Install, reload, reconfigure, and update desktop systems

for office productivity tools such as Office 365, internet browsers, intranet

access and other required applications.

4. System Optimization: Conduct regular maintenance, including registry checks

and cleaning, to safeguard PCs from viruses and malware.

5. Print Services: Configure print servers and resolve user-related printing issues.

6. Network Infrastructure: Perform network connector and I/O crimping and





punching as part of routine technical support duties.

7. Documentation: Maintain updated records of local inventory and keep network

diagrams current with relevant changes and configurations.

8. General IT Tasks: Handle miscellaneous IT activities and tasks assigned as per

NPL IT requirements.

9. Video conferencing & AV Support: Provide first-level support for video

conferencing systems, conference room AV setups, and other related

technologies.

10. Shift Operations: Participate in 24x7 IT support rotations as per schedules

defined by the team lead; this may include shift-based work.

11. Network Devices Management: Configure and maintain network switches,

wireless access points (WAPs), RF links, and other network equipment.

12. Cabling Work: Carry out fiber optic (FO) and copper cabling work for both indoor

and outdoor environments.

13. Compliance & Safety: Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with work

permits and the organization’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
