The Associate Agency Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and development of the agency channel within Axis Max Life Insurance. This position involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to optimize performance and achieve sales objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans, fostering strong relationships with agents, and ensuring that the team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents to build a strong and capable agency force.
- Develop training programs and mentorship opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of agents.
- Monitor agent performance,



providing regular feedback and support to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive agency sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to promote business growth.
- Analyze market trends and develop action plans to remain competitive in the insurance sector.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Robust leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with agents and clients.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks will be a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or agency management will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or financial planning are a plus.
