Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are hiring a Bakery Pastry Chef for our Production Department in Amberpet, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for the preparation and bulk production of bakery and pastry products while maintaining consistent quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily bakery and pastry production as per requirements.
- Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Follow standardized recipes and production processes.
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout production.




- Coordinate with the production team to complete daily targets.
- Monitor wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Requirements

- Experience in Bakery & Pastry Production preferred.
- Knowledge of bulk bakery and pastry production.
- Good understanding of recipes, ingredients, and production techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong attention to quality and hygiene.
