- Job Profile ( Current Location -Koregaon park after 4 month Aundh)

· Vendor management: Assist in sourcing new vendors, maintaining and updating the vendor database, and communicating with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

· Order processing: Prepare and process purchase orders, enter order details into internal systems, and confirm order details with suppliers.

· Record maintenance: Keep accurate and updated records of purchases, including invoices, delivery information, and inventory levels.

· Price and quality control: Collect and compare quotations from different vendors and monitor the quality of received products.

· Support and coordination: Support senior buyers and the procurement team by providing information on any deviations in price or quantity, and collaborating with other departments like warehouse and finance.

· Market research: Conduct research on new suppliers, market trends, and potential cost-saving opportunities.

Required skills and qualifications

· Education:



A bachelor's degree in a related field like Business Administration is often preferred.

· Experience: Previous experience in a purchase or procurement-related role is beneficial

Industry - Manufacturing Steel and Seamless Pipes and tubes

· Technical skills: Proficiency in using purchasing software (e.g., ERP/) and familiarity with online sourcing platforms is helpful.

· Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills are crucial, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
