We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive to manage software implementation, client onboarding, and user training while ensuring smooth product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and configure software accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end software implementation and onboarding.
- Conduct product demos and user training.
- Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams to resolve issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, support, or a related role.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of software/ERP/SaaS products.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, if required.
- Graduation - BCA ,MCA & BCOM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
