Reservation ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all reservation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient booking processes, maximize occupancy/revenue, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong coordination with front office and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily reservation operations (phone, email, online bookings).
- Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Handle group bookings, VIP reservations, and special requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and booking modifications professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotional offers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
- Train and guide reservation staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.





Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in reservations or front office (2–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (like Hostwin, IDS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms (OTA handling).
- Leadership and team management experience.
