Role Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual Account Strategist to bridge client business goals with our creative output. You will act as a trusted advisor, developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing key client relationships, and guiding our creative and media teams from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for key clients, driving account retention and organic growth.

Translate complex client objectives into clear, inspiring creative briefs for design, video, and copy teams.

Develop comprehensive, cross-channel campaign strategies encompassing digital, traditional, and social media.

Oversee campaign lifecycles to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and track overall account profitability.

Analyze performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and narrative-driven reports to clients.





Qualifications & Skills:

Language: Native Telugu speaking proficiency is strictly required, alongside fluent English.

Experience: 3–5 years in account management or brand strategy within an advertising or creative agency.

Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of brand development, digital advertising, and creative production workflows.

Communication: Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills to confidently pitch strategies to senior stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
