Java Fullstack Lead - JD

Domain Experience: Medicaid/Healthcare/Insurance/US Healthcare Insurance

Mandatory Skills: Core Java, Spring boot, Database, Angular Or React JS, Microservices
Location – Noida/Bengaluru/HYD
Exp- 6-12 Years
Mode -Hybrid( 3 Days a week)
Role - Contractor

- Java Full Stack Lead designs and builds scalable enterprise software, guiding engineering teams across backend, frontend, and cloud layers.
- Key requirements typically include 6 to 12+ years of experience, deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, and proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React
- Strong Object-Oriented design and analysis skills
- Implementation, Delivery & Maintenance of Multi-Tier applications using Java, J2EE Technologies and related frameworks
- Working experience in Servlets, JSP, Java Script
- Experience in REST fulwebservices
- Experience of SOAP Web-services
- knowledge of Enterprise Security Architecture, Identity and Access management Tools, SSO, OAuth.
- Extensive experience in unit testing framework – Junit & Mockito, Test driven development
- Good knowledge in Email/SMS integration, Auditing/Logging & security.
- Robust knowledge and experience in building Restful APIs & SOAP based web services.
- Good working knowledge of Design Patterns




- Good understanding and knowledge of Design Principles
- Experience of Spring Boot
- Experiecne in Micro servces
- Experience in Struts/Spring Framework, Hibernate/any ORM
- Working experience for SQL & Pl/SQL and Database Design Skills
- Good working knowledge of Application & Web Servers.
- Good understanding of the Software Development life cycle
- Good understanding/knowledge of secure coding practices/standards.
- Experience of implementing projects/modules for high availability, high performance.
- Experience of any Defect Management tool (ex : Jira, ADO), Code Repository-Client (ex : Subversion, GIT)
- Working experience of WebSphere or any other application server.
- Working experience of Tomcat or any other webserver
- Participates in Requirement analysis, Architectural discussions.
- Creates high level & detailed design.
- Leads delivery of multiple modules.
- Production support and monitoring of External & Internal facing apps.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, independent and self-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Healthcare domain is preffered
