Position Title: Graphic Design Associate

Location: Mysore, Karnataka, India

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Lead/Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented graphic design associate responsible for supporting the development and execution of creative visual content across digital and print platforms. The role involves translating concepts, brand requirements, and marketing objectives into visually engaging designs while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines. The position works closely with the Marketing, Communications, and other cross functional teams to deliver high-quality creative materials within agreed timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Certification in graphic design or relevant design software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW or other design tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of animation, & branding is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of digital and print production requirements.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual communication, marketing design, or a similar role. ❖
- Experience creating social media creatives, brochures, presentations, advertisements, banners, corporate collateral, and digital content.
- Experience working with Marketing, Communications, Sales, or other cross-functional teams is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media in line with organizational branding and communication requirements.
- Develop social media creatives, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Convert creative concepts, briefs, and business requirements into effective visual designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with approved brand guidelines, including logos, colours, typography, layouts, and visual standards.
- Maintain consistency of the organization's visual identity across all communication channels.
- Support the development and maintenance of branded templates and creative assets.
- Design graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other online channels.
- Adapt creative content into different sizes and formats according to platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to support digital campaigns.
- Prepare artwork for brochures, catalogues, business cards, company profiles, exhibition materials, posters, and other printed materials.
- Ensure designs meet required dimensions, resolution, formatting, and print specifications.
- Coordinate with external printers or vendors when required.
- Understand design briefs and clarify requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure final artwork accurately reflects the approved requirements.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position.
- Occasional travel may be required to campaigning sites, exhibitions & brainstorming sessions/events.
