- Machine setup: Prepare, calibrate, and set up sliding head CNC machines with appropriate tooling and fixtures.
- Programming & operation: Load, edit, and optimize CNC programs (Fanuc, Siemens, Tornos or equivalent) to ensure efficient production.
- Precision machining: Operate sliding head machines to produce high-quality components with tight tolerances.
- Quality inspection: Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Maintenance: Perform routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain machine performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Hands-on experience with sliding head CNC machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and tool selection.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools.
- Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC sliding head machining.
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
