Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our HR services firm. The candidate will support the marketing in promoting recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions, while learning and gaining hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote HR services.

 Support digital marketing activities such as social media posting, content creation, and email campaigns.

 Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities.

 Help in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.

 Coordinate with the team for events, webinars, and client engagement activities.

 Maintain and update company website and social media pages.



 Track and report basic campaign performance metrics.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

 Fresh graduates.

 Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, email marketing) is an advantage.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable communication skills is MUST.

 Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced HR industry.

 Creative mindset with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
