Designation: Service Manager

Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage service tickets, installation reports, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for site readiness, installations, and project timelines.
- Supervise, plan, and allocate Service Engineers as per project requirements.
- Handle recruitment, training, incentives, and performance reviews of service engineers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and technical staff.
- Manage free-service schedules and operator training programs.
- Monitor service expenses and achieve management-assigned targets.
- Improve and optimize service operations through the Odoo system.

Required Skills: Solid leadership, communication, customer handling, team management, problem-solving, and knowledge of service/installation operations.
