- Matrix3D is 30 year old company still with a startup mentality. and an average age of the workforce is below 30.
- We are a 35 people company, so no 100's of workforce to manage. but you need to want to work with AI to reinvent the HR for better OKR. (but two offices)
- You will work as a single point in HR with help from the Operations team
- The reason you need to join, is you can think like an HR Business partner to bring a transformation and re-engineer it. There is very little BAU.

. Key Responsibilities

* Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on people-related matters.

* Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

* Identify and address culture, behavioural and employee-connect gaps through regular interactions and feedback.

* Partner with managers to improve communication, collaboration, accountability and workplace behaviours.

* Support performance management, talent reviews, employee development and other people initiatives.

* Handle employee relations matters with maturity,



confidentiality and sound judgement.

* Drive HR communication and ensure effective adoption of HR policies and processes.

* Leverage HR data, employee feedback and trends to identify issues and recommend interventions.

* Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
* Manage key HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee movements, performance management and exits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR Generalist/HRBP, employee engagement and employee relations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
