- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients/leads.
- Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Explain clinic services, offers and appointment details clearly.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clinic visits.
- Coordinate with the clinic team regarding appointments.
- Maintain qualified and polite communication with patients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
