Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mattress Line Supervisor with hands-on experience in mattress manufacturing and production operations. The candidate should have solid knowledge of the complete mattress production process and should be capable of managing manpower, production targets, quality and day-to-day line operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day mattress production line operations.
- Ensure production is carried out as per daily production plans and targets.
- Handle manpower allocation and monitor worker productivity.
- Have practical knowledge of mattress manufacturing processes, including:
- Foam cutting and sizing
- Mattress assembly
- Quilting
- Stitching
- Taping / edge finishing
- Cover fitting
- Final finishing and packing
- Ensure correct dimensions, specifications and quality standards of mattresses.
- Inspect finished mattresses for stitching, size, shape, finishing and overall quality.
- Identify production defects and coordinate with the concerned team for corrective action.
- Monitor wastage of foam, fabric and other raw materials.
- Coordinate with Quality,



Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure machines and production equipment are being used properly.
- Maintain production records, shift reports and material consumption records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S on the production floor.
- Follow all company safety and production procedures.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and product quality.

Required Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Mattress Manufacturing / Mattress Production.
- Candidates specifically from the mattress manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of the mattress production line.
- Experience in foam mattress / spring mattress / bonded mattress / PU foam mattress manufacturing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
