HR Faculty

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students. The candidate should have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively handle classroom and lab sessions.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct HR classes and practical training sessions.
- Prepare and deliver lessons based on the course syllabus.
- Handle HR-related lab activities and practical sessions.
- Guide and support students in their learning and practical activities.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance.
- Support students with interview and placement preparation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of HR concepts and practical HR processes.
- Strong IT and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of lab activities and practical training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
