1. Site Recruitment & Deployment

- Coordinate site manpower planning with Project and Civil Engineers.
- Source, onboard local contractors, sub-contractors, daily wage laborers, and site supervisors
- Verify essential identification, safety credentials, and documents before site deployment.

2. Timekeeping & Payroll Support

- Track daily attendance, shift logs for staff.

3. Labor Law & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with local labor acts (e.g., Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, and ESI).
- Maintain statutory registers, muster rolls, and accident/injury record logs at the project site.
- Assist during labor audits, safety inspections, and government authority visits.

4. Employee Relations & Site Welfare

- Address worker grievances, resolve day-to-day conflicts, and maintain harmony among work crews.
- Monitor site health, safety protocols, and welfare amenities (e.g., sanitation, drinking water, first-aid, and labor camps).
- Conduct safety inductions and periodic worker engagement or morale-boosting activities

Pay: ₹11,031.89 - ₹33,134.80 per month
