Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage MEP projects from planning through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. The candidate will be responsible for overall project coordination, site execution, resource management, cost control, quality, safety, client coordination, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and completion of MEP projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other MEP services.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, material submittals, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to achieve planned targets.
- Prepare and track project schedules, work programs, procurement schedules, and execution plans.
- Ensure project works are carried out within approved budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements.
- Identify project risks, technical issues, delays, and resource constraints and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor procurement, material delivery, inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper coordination between MEP services and civil/structural works to minimize site clashes and rework.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project updates to management and clients.
- Review and approve project documentation including MIR, WIR, RFI, method statements, ITP,



test reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies, quality standards, statutory requirements, and client specifications.
- Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Maintain proper project records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support commercial and contractual matters, including measurements, variations, billing, and project closure.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in MEP / construction / industrial / commercial / warehouse projects.
- Strong experience in project planning, site execution, team management, and client coordination.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project documentation.
- Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.
- Solid leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale industrial, warehouse, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
