Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 03 years of relevant experience.

Windows Server Administration

. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
. Perform server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
. Manage server health, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
. Monitor system availability and resolve operational issues.

Active Directory & Identity Management

. Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services.
. Manage user accounts, security groups, organizational units, and permissions.
. Implement and maintain authentication and access control policies.
. Support Azure AD and hybrid identity environments.

Virtualization Management

. Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper V environments.

Create and manage virtual machines, templates, snapshots, and resource allocation.
. Perform VM migrations and troubleshoot virtualization related issues.

Patch & Security Management

. Deploy Windows updates and security patches through WSUS, SCCM, or equivalent tools.
. Ensure compliance with security policies and vulnerability remediation.
. Support antivirus, endpoint protection, and security hardening initiatives.
. Participate in security audits and compliance activities.
