- Handle billing and cash counter operations accurately.
- Generate customer bills and process cash, UPI, card, and other payments.
- Assist customers in selecting bakery products and provide information about products, prices, and offers.
- Maintain a friendly and skilled customer experience.
- Handle cash responsibly and ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper arrangement of the billing counter and store.
- Check product availability, display products properly, and refill shelves when required.
- Monitor product expiry, freshness, and damaged items and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist in receiving, counting, and arranging stock when required.
- Support daily sales activities and help achieve store sales targets.




- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain proper records of sales, returns, discounts, and other transactions.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene, grooming, food safety, and cash-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members for smooth store operations.
- Assist with promotional activities, offers, and product displays.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
