Global Skills Meet a UK based global company is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is a telephone-based outreach and appointment-setting role. You will contact micro and small businesses, introduce our website solutions, create interest and book online meetings with businesses that would like to learn more.

You are not expected to close sales over the phone.

Your goal is simple: start conversations, create interest and book meetings.

You will spend a significant part of your working day making outbound calls and speaking with recent businesses, so you must be confident and comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations.

You can communicate with businesses in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada or other Indian languages, depending on your language skills and the businesses you are contacting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to micro and small businesses
- Speaking with new businesses and introducing Global Skills Meet
- Explaining our website solutions clearly
- Starting natural conversations rather than simply reading from a script
- Asking questions to understand the business and its requirements
- Creating interest in our services




- Booking online meetings with interested businesses
- Following up with businesses you have previously contacted
- Building positive relationships with potential clients
- Working towards individual call and meeting-booking targets
- Keeping accurate records of conversations and appointments

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable starting conversations with people you have never met
- Positive and resilient
- Motivated by achieving targets
- Able to communicate confidently in one or more Indian languages
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in telecalling, appointment setting, customer engagement, customer service, business outreach or other telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but it is not essential.

We are more interested in your confidence, communication skills, attitude and willingness to pick up the phone than the number of years of experience you have.
