Mandatory Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Sales certification.
- 10+ years of SAP SD consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and Order-to-Cash transformation programs.
- Extensive experience in both SAP implementation and support engagements.
- Strong client stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Ability to lead global workshops, solution design sessions, and Fit-to-Standard assessments.

Deep expertise in:

- Sales Order Management

- Pricing

- Delivery & Logistics Execution

- Billing

- Credit Management

- Returns Management

- Intercompany Processing

- Third-Party Sales

- Available-to-Promise (ATP)

- Output Management

- Strong experience in solution architecture and cross-functional integration.

- Hands-on experience in custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.

- Ability to lead teams and mentor consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SD solution design and delivery.
- Conduct executive and business stakeholder workshops.
- Define global template solutions and best practices.




- Drive Fit-Gap assessments and business process transformation.
- Provide functional leadership across implementation, rollout, and AMS engagements.
- Review solution architecture and integration designs.
- Manage complex business requirements and critical project escalations.
- Support pre-sales, estimations, solutioning, and proposal development.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants.

Good to Have

- Variant Configuration
- Subscription/Service-based Billing
- Consignment

- EDI and Digital Integration

- Cross-module expertise in:

- SAP GTS
- SAP TM

- Experience in global S/4HANA transformation and migration programs.

- Exposure to Clean Core and Fit-to-Standard approaches.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related discipline.
- SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification (Mandatory).
