Job Summary

- 10+ years of industry experience in LIMS development
- Should have minimum 8+ years of Relevant and 10+ Years Total Experience or Higher experience in LIMS product.
- Exposure to Instrument Interfacing or 3rd party Application Integration is added advantage.
- Hands-On experience in developing parsing scripts.
- Strong Application implementation/Development/ Upgrade exposure in regulated Environment is must.
- Experience in Sample life-cycle, product specification, master data setup.
- Hands-On experience in configuration and custom development of Lot/Stability/Environment modules.

Vertical Exposure: Pharma/Life science

- Computer System validation experience is added advantage.
- Required very good working experience in Crystal/Jasper Reports.
- Solid SQL and relational database proficiency (Oracle, SQL Server) with knowledge on LIMS database schema.
- Experience with Labware and LabVantage LIMS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication with technical and business teams.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with GxP, FDA,



GDPR regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Designing, developing, and supporting LIMS solutions, leveraging advanced SQL skills and relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server), as well as scripting and automation to optimize laboratory workflows.
- The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, or laboratory settings.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, GDPR) related to data management and migration, and knowledge of other data migration tools and methodologies.
- The role requires a collaborative mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to mentor junior developers as needed.
