Project Role: AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description: Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include, but not limited to, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Machine Learning Operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI services and their integration into scalable applications.
- Experience with generative AI models and their practical application in real-world solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and related frameworks.
- Ability to design and maintain robust application pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Skilled in developing AI-driven solutions including chatbots and image processing systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
