SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Role Summary

The SAP Fieldglass Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions for Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Services Procurement. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, procurement teams, vendors, and technical teams to optimize external workforce and services procurement processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Solution Design

- Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering and solution workshops.
- Configure SAP Fieldglass modules including:
- Contingent Workforce Management (CWM)
- Services Procurement (Statement of Work - SOW)
- Worker Profile Management
- Time & Expense Management
- Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare functional specifications and business process documentation.

Configuration & Business Process Management

- Configure worker types, approval workflows, onboarding/offboarding processes, job postings, and supplier management.
- Manage contractor lifecycle processes from requisition through offboarding.
- Support vendor onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Optimize procurement and workforce management processes.

Integration & Technical Activities

- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP Ariba
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Third-party Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

- Support interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Manage master data migration, bulk uploads, and integration testing.

Testing & Deployment

- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution.




- Ensure solution quality and compliance with business requirements.

Support & Operations

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Fieldglass incidents and service requests.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor SLA adherence and operational performance.
- Support reporting, forecasting, and procurement analytics.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Vendor Management, and IT teams.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support client-facing discussions and solution demonstrations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP Fieldglass implementations.
- Experience in global rollout and support engagements.
- SAP Fieldglass Certification preferred.
