Location: Gorakhpur

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide support in performance improvement for identified bottom quartile resources.
2. Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartile resources through coaching & mentoring.
3. Identify training need, ensure training delivery and program management for the field sales force on a weekly basis for UJPM & HSO.
4. Provide on-the-job interventions i.e. Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching.
5. Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.
6. Ensure readiness for independent field deployment for the recent joinees within 7 days of joining.
7. Handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months and ensure productivity as defined by business.




8. Ensure On-Field Learning Interventions are conducted as per the monthly calendar.

Education Requirement

Graduation in any stream

Experience Requirement

4 - 5 years
