The Technical Lead in SAP ABAP Programming Basics will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical aspects of projects related to SAP ABAP development. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the technical team in SAP ABAP programming basics to achieve project objectives.
2. Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions according to project requirements.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP ABAP programs.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SAP ABAP best practices.
6. Stay updated on the latest SAP ABAP trends and technologies to enhance project delivery.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in SAP ABAP development including ABAP Workbench, DDIC, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and ALV Reports.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points within the SAP ecosystem.
3. Experience in developing and optimizing SAP ABAP programs and interfaces.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in SAP ABAP.
5. Good understanding of SAP development methodologies and best practices.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Other Requirements

1. SAP Certified Development Professional ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (If any).

Role Summary





Seeking an SAP ABAP Consultant to provide technical support, job monitoring, incident resolution, and minor enhancements across SAP applications. The resource will work closely with functional consultants to ensure stable batch operations, interface processing, and timely resolution of production issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support SAP background jobs, batch processing, interfaces, and data loads.
- Analyze job failures, perform root cause analysis, reprocess failed jobs, and ensure successful completion of critical business processes.
- Troubleshoot ABAP program issues, dumps, performance bottlenecks, and interface errors.
- Develop and implement minor ABAP enhancements, reports, forms, and technical fixes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams (FICO, FSCD, FSRI, etc.) to resolve business-impacting production issues.
- Perform transport management, testing support, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain knowledge articles for recurring issues.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of SAP ABAP development and production support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Reports, ALV, Enhancements (BADI/User Exits), Smart Forms, and ABAP debugging.
- Experience with SAP background job monitoring, batch processing, and interface support.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and performance optimization.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
