Job Description – B.Ed. Educator

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced B.Ed. Educators to develop high-quality, curriculum-aligned content for our B.Ed. program. Educators will be responsible for subject-specific content development, practical examples, teaching resources, and engaging learning material.

Subjects / Areas

- Semester 1: Childhood and Growing Up, Contemporary India and Education, Learning and Teaching, Language Across the Curriculum, Understanding Disciplines and Subjects
- Semester 2: Knowledge and Curriculum, Assessment for Learning, Creating an Inclusive School, Hindi/English/Mathematics/Science/Social Science Pedagogy
- Semester 3: Critical Understanding of ICT, Gender, School and Society, Elective Subjects, School Internship / Teaching Practice
- Semester 4: Understanding the Self, Elective Subjects,



School Internship / Teaching Practice, Practical / EPC Activities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop structured and curriculum-aligned B.Ed. course content.
- Explain concepts through practical and classroom-oriented examples.
- Prepare engaging learning materials, activities, and assessments.
- Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and learner-friendly.
- Contribute to practical and teaching-practice components where required.

Eligibility

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. / relevant postgraduate qualification in the respective subject.
- Robust subject knowledge and understanding of B.Ed. curriculum and pedagogy.
- Prior teaching, content development, or EdTech experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
